Carriage Rides through French Quarter

This photo was also taken at Jackon Square on Decatur Street. The centerpiece of the French Quarter, Jackson Square was originally called the Place d’Armes when it was founded by the Creoles in 1718.

This photo was taken during our first visit to New Orleans in 2000. This man had spray-painted himself silver from head to toe.
